an ebay item was shipped to me from germany and i never received it?
it was sent DE DHL Deutsche on 4/22 2009 by uwe hulpusch. when you go to website it says it was handed over to international Logistics center in frankfurt on 4/23 i never received it in illinois

Sorry to say you’re well past the 45 paypal help time. If the seller had no proof of item delivered then you would have been refunded. It’s probably aged off the auction pages by now.
