Changing AFSC????
i am currently in the DEP program for the U.S. Air Force. right now my AFSC is 2A5X3 Integrated Avionic Systems but im wanting to change it to 2G0X1 Logistics Plans. will i be able to change my AFSC b4 i ship out to Basic Training?? i ship out june 24th.
Tech School for Logistic Plans only lasts for 24 Days at Lackland AFB.
You can ask to change it.
They might not let you though.
But if you change your afsc,
That will effect your ship out date to Basic.
They assign your ship out date, based on whan your Tech School starts.
So, if you change your AFSC, you will have to wait, untill the next opening in the Tech School for the new AFSC.
