How can we think to renewate our old Post services.?
I think information and Technology is drastically change. Telegraph, Postmen,money order,Logistics Post services is changing there pattern. we use internet, Bank ATM’s, and private Logistics. so major part of these services is change.
but it is essential and authentic service which provided by post more than hundred year.
so how can it renewate or add new futures in this system.
Earlier post was the oly method of correspondence. Most of the post everywhere in the world belonged to the government department. Then lethargy began, the people in the post began behaving adamantly, the Money order would not reach the villagers on time it would go as late as a month or more or probably never (in transit). If u do not bribe the postman during festive season, he would not deliver ur (special) festive letters. Even speed post never reaches on time, sometime normal mail reach in a weeks time, spped post takes more than a week.
If u go to a post office they should shout u at the top of your voice, and humilate you.
Today after the courier service, angadia service and ofcourse the net banking, credit/debit card they find today what they have lost NEVER TO RECOVER. The postal people are now courteous and give proper answer, because they do not want to miss the given clients. The number of post office is reducing.
Renovation is not possible, they have done this at their own cost.
