Job Searching?
I need some real help in finding a job. I have been looking for 5 months now. I am 40 yo, clean cut, professional, that has 10 plus years in Logistics. I have 4 years supervision and 2 years management. I have formatted my resume accordingly, I have brushed up on my interview skills, I have even had 2nd interviews on 5 different occasions with no offers. I unfortunately do not have a large network of friends or professional contacts. I have already tapped all those resources, posted resume on all major and several niche websites and registered with local unemployment office. I know that most jobs are found by who you know more than what you know. So with all that said, anyone have any real advise?
