What is the demand of Logistics Officers in the U.S. Air Force?
Any viable information or statistics would be greatly appreciated.
In the army a Logistics Officer is involved in contracting, procurement, and supply management. There is not such thing as a entry level “logistics” officer per se in the USAF. You are either contracting, procurement, supply, or transportation. Once you are in charge of all Logistics Operations (the aforementioned), you become a logistics officer, not at the entry level. This is normally at a field grade level.
