Total Transportation Logistics

I’ve been turned down for too many jobs, due to having too many jobs, their duration, etc. What should I do?

HELP! I’ve been in the transportation and Logistics field off and on since 1986. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to keep any jobs in that field. In fact, I’ve had a total of 11 jobs since 1981, none of which I was able to keep.. I’m always getting laid off, because bosses aren’t satisfied with my work and I feel like garbage every time I lose a job. I could have a learning disability that was never diagnosed and treated. I have no experience in other fields, so I haven’t been able to switch careers either. I don’t even type fast enough or know enough about computers, so employment agencies can’t place me in jobs either. I’m also not fast enough to work in stores or fast food restaurants. This makes me feel like a victim of discrimination. What can I do? I need a job now, because I have bills to pay and no way to pay them without a job.

Limit your resume to reflect about 5 years experience and show the the experience that matters most to the job you are seeking.

This works for me.

Oh and try sticking to one or two jobs for at least a year before you seek new employment.
